Selling is service.

I’m Micah - a passionate former operator in national and progressive politics and current business development executive with nearly a decade’s experience selling into the social good arena.

As someone with deep experience on both sides of the buyer/seller journey in our unique market, I believe that the people working to better our world deserve both the best products and a buying journey that spins on consultation, respect, and mutual success.

After serving in sales leadership roles in enterprise, scale-up, and startup environments, I’m setting out to accomplish two goals:

  1. enrich the lives of our industry’s clients by training and equipping social good businesses in top-tier sales and marketing operations, and

  2. launch leadership careers for underrepresented talent by pairing ambitious social good sales reps with businesses looking to make their first sales leader hire.

How can I go about creating this change? By offering both strategic guidance and tactical support as a hands-on fractional sales executive, I team up with startups and scaleups who are at a crossroads on their growth journey and need someone who can build, calibrate, and/or lead their sales motion to get them to long-term success.

When I’m not designing outbound playbooks or ramping sales leaders, you can find me currently running the streets of Richmond, Virginia, trying to keep my garden alive, and enjoying the toddler years with my husband and son, Sawyer.
